- 2 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ingredients and stir well. Strain into a rocks glass and serve.

A sour cocktail with a Japanese-inspired twist.
- 1 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Yamazaki 12 Single Malt (or similar single malt)
- .75 oz green tea syrup
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon yuzu juice
- 3 drops Tamari
- Star anise, for garnish
For the green tea syrup:
Steep 20 grams green tea in a liter of simple syrup at room temperature for 18 hours. Strain and chill.
For the cocktail:
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a star anise pod.

- 1.5 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz pomegranate molasses
- 2 tsp Depaz cane syrup
- .5 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 slices cucumber, garnish
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a cucumber slice.

- 1 oz Flying Ace Caramel Corn Bourbon
- 1 oz apple brandy
- .75 oz Cardamaro
- 1 tbsp Green Chartreuse
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 dashes mole bitters
- Orange peel, garnish
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

- 1 orange twist
Stir all the ingredients (except the orange twist) over a rocks glass. Express the oils of an orange twist over the drink and discard.
