Captain Sully
- 2 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz lime juice
- Coke
Pour Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey and lime juice into a Collins glass. Add ice and top with Coke. Garnish with a lime wedge.
AMELIA EARHART
Feminist, aviation pioneer, and writer. Well-known as the first female aviator to fly across the Atlantic Ocean.

- .75 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .75 oz green chartreuse
- .75 oz aperol
- .75 oz lemon juice
- Lemon, garnish
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon (or twist).

The Lincoln
- 2 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz Cap Corse Mattei Quinquina Rouge
- .5 oz H&H Full Rich Madeira
- 2 dashes cardamom bitters
- Fanned apple slices, garnish
Combine all ingredients except apple slices in rocks glass filled with one large ice cube. Stir until chilled. Arrange apple slices in the shape of a fan and fix in place with a toothpick. Perch on the rim of the glass.

- 2 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .25 oz peach liqueur
- .25 oz ginger syrup
- .25 oz maple syrup
- 2 pieces candied ginger, garnish
Add Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, lemon juice, peach liqueur, ginger syrup, maple syrup, and ice to the shaker. Shake for 10-20 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with candied ginger.

Sky Rocket
- 1 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Swedish Punsch
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- .25 oz lemon juice
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Fill a tumbler 3/4 of the way with ice. Add all ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into a glass of your choice.

- 1 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz mezcal
- .5 oz Averna Amaro
- .25 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel, garnish
In a mixing glass, stir together Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, mezcal, amaro, simple syrup, and bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Twist the orange peel over the top of the drink to express the oils, then use the peel to garnish.
