Our annual Star Wars holiday has passed, but celebrating the 40-year-old franchise has no time limit. While you start your Star Wars movie marathon or binge the entirety of The Mandalorian, make some mixed cocktails to fly into a galaxy far, far away with your favorite characters. Whether you support the Jedi Order or enjoy the complexities of the Sith Lords, we have a cocktail just for you. Grab your lightsaber and craft some Star Wars cocktails with us.

That’s No Moon

It’s not a moon, it’s a cocktail!

  • 1.5 oz Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • .5 oz coffee liqueur
  • .5 oz Thatcher’s Blood Orange Liqueur
  • .5 tsp activated charcoal
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

In a shaker with ice, combine Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, coffee liqueur, two dashes of orange bitters, charcoal, and Thatcher’s Blood Orange Liqueur. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a Collins glass.

Destroying the Death Star

A Star Wars cocktail that’s catastrophically good.

Berry syrup ice ball:

  • 1 part each type of berry (red, black, and marion raspberries)
  • 2 parts water
  • 2 parts granulated sugar

Put frozen berries and water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat (stir occasionally) until softened. Add sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Strain the liquid from the berries. Freeze the berry syrup for up to two weeks in an ice mold.

For the cocktail:

  • 1 berry syrup ice ball
  • 2 oz of Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 oz of berry flavored soda water (ex: Berry LaCroix)

Put a berry ice ball in a martini glass. Add 2 ounces of your Flying Ace bourbon. Top with 1 ounce (or to taste) of your favorite berry flavored soda water.
